Allscripts - Awful piece of technological crap
It freezes, does nothing helpful. The upgrades are for the most part useless. Save your time, money and frustration and invest in Epic.

Allscripts - No customer service
I was locked out of my account 2 days ago during a manditory password change. I emailed them & telephoned twice. The telephone line only allows me to leave messages. So far no response other than an automated email assigning a case number.
