Allscripts cloud server was attacked 6 days ago with ransomware. The company shut down PM and EHR and never told us what is going on.
Nobody contacts us for 6 days and they don't answer the phones. Our practice is crippled. Can't bill insurance, can't see our schedule or schedule any appointments. Can't write notes or prescriptions or see patient charts.
This is the worst customer service debacle I have ever seen.
They charge a great deal of money for this service and we are going to have to go the bank to get a loan to meet payroll. If you are looking at EHR's do NOT go with Allscripts.
