You never described the nature of the good or services. I don't think everyone automatically recognizes " PM/EHR ". Any out of pocket cost ? Nothing lost ? kwitcherbitchin'.

Allscripts - No customer service

I was locked out of my account 2 days ago during a manditory password change. I emailed them & telephoned twice. The telephone line only allows me to leave messages. So far no response other than an automated email assigning a case number.

Allscripts cloud server was attacked 6 days ago with ransomware. The company shut down PM and EHR and never told us what is going on. Nobody contacts us for 6 days and they don't answer the phones. Our practice is crippled. Can't bill insurance, can't see our schedule...
