Allscripts hasn't shown to be an improvement in documentation. It is slow,clunky,not at all "real time" as we were promised.

What a nightmare, quit my job. Very little customer support, takes forever to document details, slow, lose data. Poor training all the way around. Wish my company had opted for another program.

There are other systems that are ICD10 ready. Choose wisely. It shouldn't take an extra 3 hours at home to finish your notes from 5 visits that day.

When you do home care,you need a user friendly program to efficiently document all the care you did,without being long winded. As I am sure is true for any clinical setting.

This is a monster of a program. It has cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and revenue losses.

It is complicated and customization is a joke. The company is huge and ever growing but the support is lacking and subcontracting overseas.

After 3 years of listening to promises we are bailing. If you're looking into this system I suggest you move on.
