Allscripts server has been down affecting our ability to see patients now already the 3rd time in a week There is no explanation or apology from any administrative level to clients We as physicians suffer through the disruption and distress It is very poor for a company that projects itself as a leader in th EHR world

The time for repair is usually over 3-4 hrs which is also totally unacceptable

Trying to reach them on the phone after hours forget it It is always unusually high call volume

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

We are small group pediatrics. We have experienced poor connection and poor service everyday.
